Hippo Detection Service Agreement
Welcome you (you refer to the user) to use the Hippo Detection Software and the website online detection service operated by shellpub.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this software" or "this service").

To use this software, you should read and abide by the "Hippo Detection Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, jurisdiction and applicable law, and other terms marked in bold underline. If you agree to this agreement, or you have actually used this software, it should be deemed that you have fully understood, accepted and agreed to abide by all the contents of this agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to any of the contents and terms in this agreement, you should not use this software.
If you are under the age of 18, please read and agree to this agreement in the company of your legal guardian. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please do not use this software. If we find that you are a minor under the age of 14, we have the right to stop serving you.

Composition and Revision of this Agreement
1. This Agreement includes all the terms and conditions as shown below, as well as various supplements, updates, revisions, rules, statements, notices and interpretations that shellpub.com has published or may publish in the future for this software. Unless otherwise agreed, all the above supplements, updates, revisions, rules, statements, notices and interpretations are deemed to be part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.
2. shellpub.com has the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement when necessary and publish the modified and changed new version through this software, and shellpub.com will not notify you separately. Once the modified agreement is published, it will replace the old version of the agreement and automatically update to a binding agreement between you and shellpub.com. You can check the latest version of this agreement at any time through this software, and you are obliged to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement from time to time. If you continue to use this software after this agreement is updated and takes effect, it is deemed that you have fully read, fully understood and accepted the update of this agreement, and agree to abide by the updated agreement. If you do not accept such updates, please stop using this software immediately.
3. You hereby declare that you have fully understood all the contents of this agreement and there are no major misunderstandings.
Service Content and Scope of Application
1. This software provides you with backdoor detection services free of charge. You can download the Hippo Antivirus software or use this service directly through the online antivirus website (https://www.shellpub.com/).
2. shellpub.com will grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You can install, use, display and run this software on multiple computer devices for non-commercial purposes.
3. It is recommended that you only use the online antivirus website (https://www.shellpub.com/) to obtain this service, or obtain the Hippo Antivirus software and its upgrade service on this website, and install it correctly according to the steps prompted by the installation of this software. Otherwise, shellpub.com cannot guarantee your normal use of this software, and shellpub.com will not bear any responsibility for any losses caused to you.
4. In order to improve user experience and improve service content, shellpub.com will continue to work hard to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time. These updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc. In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of this software and service, you specifically agree that shellpub.com has the right to make the above-mentioned updates to this software without further notice to you.
5. This software has opened the "automatic upgrade" function for you, but you can choose to turn off this function. After the new version of this software is released, shellpub.com does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available. If you need to continue to use it, please download the latest version at any time.
6. This service is only applicable to natural person users and non-profit organizations (including governments, institutions, social groups, etc.) for non-commercial purposes. If you are a commercial enterprise and need to use this service, please contact shellpub.com through the contact information agreed in this agreement and obtain the commercial version of this service.
Information provision, collection and use
1. When you use this software, shellpub.com will collect and store your personal information to the minimum extent in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations or the requirements of regulatory authorities, except for the legal, legitimate, necessary and honest principles, shellpub.com will not require you to provide your personal information for any other purpose, nor will it use the collected personal information for any other purpose or disclose it to any third party.
2. The target files you scan and detect using this service should have a legitimate source, and you should be the owner of the relevant content or have obtained the permission or authorization of the right holder. If the target files using this service involve third parties, you promise that all the above third parties are aware of and allow you to use this service to scan and detect the target files (if the relevant content involves minors, you should obtain the permission or authorization of their parents or guardians). You shall be personally responsible for the adverse consequences and legal liabilities caused by the violation of personal privacy and other third-party rights caused by your use of this service, and shellpub.com (and its affiliates and/or partners) shall not bear any responsibility for this.

User Code of Conduct
1. You shall not obtain or use this service by any illegal or fraudulent means.
2. You shall only use this software for legal purposes and methods, and shall not use it in a manner prohibited by laws, regulations and this Agreement, nor shall you use this service to infringe the rights and interests of shellpub.com or any other third party. You may not engage in the following actions during the use of this software:
(1) Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile this software, or attempt to discover the source code of this software in other ways;
(3) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, establish mirror sites, etc. for the content owned by shellpub.com;
(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, mount or create any derivative works of this software or the data released to any terminal memory during the operation of this software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data required for the operation of this software;
(5) Modify or forge the instructions or data in the operation of this software, add, delete, change the functions or operation effects of this software, or operate or disseminate the software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;
(6) Use any plug-in, plug-in, or third-party tool not authorized by shellpub.com to interfere with this software and its components, modules, or data by yourself or authorize others or third-party software;
(7) Use this service in a manner that may directly or indirectly adversely affect national security, social public interests, or the Internet security industry;
(8) If you discover defects in this software during use, you should immediately notify shellpub.com and may not release the defects of this software to the public without the consent of shellpub.com.
(9) Other actions not authorized by shellpub.com.
3. You may not use this service to transmit the following information:
(1) Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endanger national security, disclose state secrets, subvert the state power, and undermine national unity;
(3) Damage national honor and interests;
(4) Incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine national unity;
(5) Insult or abuse the image of heroes and martyrs, deny the deeds of heroes and martyrs, and glorify and whitewash acts of aggressive war;
(6) Undermine the state's religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(7) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
(8) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abet crimes;
(9) Insult or slander others, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(10) Contain other information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4. You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all your actions in using this software. You should judge the content of this service on your own and bear all risks caused by using this service.
5. shellpub.com has the right to review and supervise your use of this service. If you violate any of the above agreements when using this service, shellpub.com has the right to require you to correct it or directly take all necessary measures to mitigate the impact of improper behavior.
6. shellpub.com has the right to unilaterally decide, arrange or designate its affiliates, controlling companies, successor companies, or third-party companies recognized by shellpub.com to continue to operate this software according to the needs of this software or operation, without further notice or obtaining your consent.

Disclaimer
1. You understand and agree that the following risks may arise from the use of this service:
(1) In view of the limitations of existing technologies, shellpub.com cannot guarantee that the output of this service is completely accurate, complete, and free of any vulnerabilities. You should decide for yourself whether to accept the output of this service and whether to act in accordance with the results. shellpub.com cannot and will not be responsible for any losses caused by the aforementioned risks.
(2) When you use Hippo Anti-Virus to provide you with this service, in order to realize the service function, this software will generate a small amount of data in the memory of your client server each time it runs. If you frequently run this software in large quantities in the same server process, it may cause your server to run out of memory space. If you need to restart the server or incur other risks, shellpub.com will not be responsible for your losses. At the same time, you also agree to waive any responsibility for shellpub.com.
(3) shellpub.com has the right to change, modify or delete the content of this service at any time without notifying you, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement or business strategy, and to interrupt, suspend or terminate all or part of the service of this software. At the same time, shellpub.com has the right to retain or delete any information stored in the shellpub.com server due to your use of this service, including but not limited to any data that you have not completed before the termination of the service. If you suffer losses as a result, you agree to waive any responsibility for shellpub.com.
(4) In order to provide you with more complete services, shellpub.com has the right to regularly or irregularly inspect, maintain, and upgrade the website or related equipment that provides this service. Such situations may cause the relevant services to be interrupted or suspended within a reasonable time. If you suffer losses as a result, you agree to waive any responsibility for shellpub.com.
(5) shellpub.com does not assume any responsibility for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of shellpub.com, including but not limited to the loss or leakage of your data, but shellpub.com will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to you.
(6) If you violate the provisions of this Agreement and cause any third party damage or claim, you shall bear the responsibility independently and shellpub.com has nothing to do with it; if shellpub.com suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate for it.
Intellectual Property Statement
1. All rights to all products, technologies, software, programs, data, text, images, pictures, photos, audio, video, graphics, colors, logos, marks, layouts, electronic documents and other information, content, and materials provided to you by this software, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and all other related rights, belong to shellpub.com and are protected by the copyright laws of the People's Republic of China and international copyright laws. Without the express written authorization of shellpub.com, no one may use it without authorization, including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, and downloading any content in this software through any robot, crawler or other program or device. Using this software and/or this service does not allow you to obtain any rights to the information, content, and materials in the service you access and/or use. Unless you obtain permission from the owner of the relevant information, content, and information or obtain legal permission through other means, you may not use any information, content, or information displayed to you by this software and/or provided to you by shellpub.com. Without the authorization and consent of shellpub.com, you may not implement, use, or transfer the above intellectual property rights by yourself or any third party for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

You hereby confirm and agree that when you upload the target file or enter the target file path in this software and use this service, you have agreed that shellpub.com (and our affiliates and/or partners) has the free, permanent, irrevocable and fully sublicensable rights and licenses to the data released to any terminal memory during the operation of this software, the interactive data between the client and the server, and other data information generated worldwide, and can use, store, copy, modify, adapt, compile, translate, create derivative works based on, communicate, publish, disseminate, publicly perform or publicly display all or part of such content, and/or incorporate such content into any other form of work, media or technology currently known or later developed, and for any other commercial purpose.
Third-party software or technology
1. This software may use third-party software or technology (including open source code and public domain code that may be used by this software), and such use has been legally authorized.
2. If third-party software or technology is used, this software will display the relevant agreements or other documents in accordance with relevant laws, regulations or agreements, through the attachment to this agreement, or in a specific folder of this software installation package through packaging, etc. They may be presented in the form of "Software License Agreement", "Authorization Agreement", "Open Source Code License" or other forms. The aforementioned relevant agreements or other documents presented in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. You should abide by these agreements or documents. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or state agency may sue you, impose fines or other sanctions, and require shellpub.com to assist you. You shall bear all legal responsibilities.
Termination and breach of contract liability
1. You understand and agree that shellpub.com has the right to hold you accountable for your violation of relevant laws, regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against you for any illegal or irregular behavior, and save relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and report to relevant departments. All legal responsibilities arising from this shall be borne by you.
2. You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands or losses claimed by a third party due to your violation of the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement; if shellpub.com suffers losses as a result of this, you shall also compensate for them.
3. You understand and agree that if you violate the provisions of this Agreement or other circumstances that shellpub.com believes should terminate this Agreement occur, shellpub.com has the right to terminate the provision of all or part of the services of this software to you at any time without any liability for breach of contract.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. The establishment, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If you violate this Agreement in any country or region, shellpub.com has the right to delete or block the relevant service content at any time without notice, and take measures including but not limited to suspending, stopping and terminating your use of this Service, and shellpub.com will reserve the right to hold you accountable. Disputes arising from your use of this Service and/or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by shellpub.com through negotiation with you; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing.

4. Regardless of the reason why some of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid and binding on both parties.
